Mechanic for Construction Machinery Wanted

Kaked Bygg & Anläggning AB is now looking for a mechanic for construction machinery who wants to be part of our team. With us, you will work in a varied and practical role with different types of machines and a company that values quality, responsibility, and professional pride.

About the Position

As a mechanic with us, you will work with service, troubleshooting, and repair of construction machinery such as excavators, wheel loaders, dumpers, vibratory plates, and other equipment. The work takes place both in the workshop in Värmdö and out in the field on our projects around Stockholm. You will also be responsible for our workshop, ensuring order and cleanliness, purchasing consumables, etc.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintenance of construction machinery
• Troubleshooting in hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanics
• Preventive maintenance
• Documentation of completed work
• Collaboration with management and machine operators
• Responsible for our workshop

We are looking for someone who

• Has training as a mechanic or equivalent work experience
• Has experience with construction machinery, agricultural machinery, or heavy vehicles
• Has good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity
• Is self-driven, solution-oriented, and responsible
• Has a B driver's license (C driver's license is a plus)

Meritorious

• Experience in field service
• Knowledge of troubleshooting systems and diagnostic tools
• Welding skills
